The
Raspberry Shake
Yes, it's a little froofy, but boy
is this a tasty drink. get your self a bottle of Razzmatazz
Raspberry Liqueur, milk, ice cubes, and a shaker, and you are set.
1) Plop two fat icecubes in the shaker;
2) Pour in 2-2.5 ounces of Razzmatazz;
3) Pour in 4-5 ounces of milk.
Shake it until the ice cubes are
barely rattling, open the shaker, strainer and all. Pour the drink
into a martini glass, taking care to not to plop the ice cubes in it (block
their exit with a spoon). Be sure to layer the purple-pink foam on
top of the drink. Voila- a lovely drink that's low in alcohol,
fruity and beautiful to look at.
