I myself enjoy the Glenfiddich when I'm not quite up for my usual thick Islay malt.  Glenfiddich's light, lovely taste inevitably brings a smile to my face.  The only downside is that it is so drinkable that I have difficulty stopping at just one or two.  Like certain beers and wines, Glenfiddich is one of the things that I seem to be able to knock back at a frightful pace.
