10/5/2002 CALERA MT. HARLAN CHARDONNAY
We weren't familiar with Calera so it's arrival elicited intrigue. A 1997 Chardonnay from California- what to expect from it? On the nose we got apple and vanilla, and in the mouth we tasted toast, vanilla, and fruit. A touch tart and quite tasty. (Rating****) For more info on Calera wines, surf to CaleraWine.com.
